I was very pleased with the work Clover Mortgage did for me to secure a mortgage on my principal residence. I needed this money to assist with my business after my office building was heavily damaged in a fire. I’m a CPA and own my firm and have an impeccable credit rating. Despite this I found the banks and credit unions difficult, if not impossible, to deal with. The stress test and tightening of lending criteria have made it much more difficult for small businesses to borrow.
